What is the cancellation policy?

Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:

Wyndham Resorts

Our cancellation policy is if you can make any changes or cancel 46 days or more prior to your arrival there will be a 25% cancellation fee no matter when you cancel and once you are within 45 days there is No changes or refunds allowed.

46 days plus from check in = 75% refund

45 days of less to check in = NO Cancellation

Name change anytime $100

This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

Resort Alerts:

The resort is undergoing renovations from Sep. 6, 2023 – Jan. 21, 2024. During this time, work will be affecting Tower 2. Additionally, you may encounter noise, dust, odor, and work crews on-site. Dates are subject to change.

From Sep. 14 – Nov. 9, 2023, the resort’s 24-hour pool located in Tower 3 will be closed for scheduled repairs. You may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site during this time. Dates are subject to change.

The city of Las Vegas will be undergoing several construction and repaving projects. Events include but are not limited to Formula 1 Race this November and the 2024 Superbowl in February. In preparation for the upcoming events surrounding roads and properties will experience detours, potential road blocks and more. For additional information please contact the resort.
