What is the cancellation policy?

Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:

Our cancellation policy is if you can make any changes or cancel 46 days or more prior to your arrival there will be a 25% cancellation fee no matter when you cancel and once you are within 45 days there is No changes or refunds allowed.

46 days plus from check in = 75% refund

45 days of less to check in = NO Cancellation

Name change anytime $100

The freshly renovated Donatello features spacious studio resort suites with 10-foot ceilings that comfortably sleep up to four guests and feature one king bed with a queen sleeper sofa. Covered valet parking is also available at the resort (fee).

After a day of San Francisco business or sightseeing, relax above it all on the Rooftop Lounge. For an extra level of relaxation, soak in the hot tub or sauna after your workout in the fitness center or get an on-site massage with services available at a fee of $135 per hour or $195 per 90 minutes, inquire at front desk for more information. The club level area is open to all guests as well, with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There are even guest receptions and live jazz on select dates. Additional resort amenities include concierge services, an activities program, complimentary Wi-Fi, and indoor valet parking (fee).
