What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:

Our cancellation policy is if you can make any changes or cancel 46 days or more prior to your arrival there will be a 25% cancellation fee no matter when you cancel and once you are within 45 days there is No changes or refunds allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 75% refund
45 days of less to check in = NO Cancellation
Name change anytime $100

Additional resort activities include miniature golf, sand volleyball, organized resort activities, barbecue areas, indoor game rooms, playgrounds and picnic areas.

This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 902 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, whirlpool tub, washer/dryer and balcony. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two

The resort is currently undergoing renovations to Tower 6 through Jan. 2023. During this time, lake and pool facing suites in the tower will not be available.

Guests will be charged a small fee for the handling and storage of packages at the resort. Envelopes and FedEx size envelopes will be complimentary.
Towers with Activities Center or Game Room are Puerto De Leon (Main building/ lobby) and Torre Del Sol (Tower 6).
All slide participants must be at least 48″ or taller to ride.
For parties of 10 rooms or more, please contact our Groups Concierge to assist with planning your event.
