What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:

Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation
46 days plus from check in = 75% refund
45 days or less from check in = NO cancellations
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.
St. Augustine is also a mecca for golfers, so don’t forget to pack your clubs and take advantage of two championship 18-hole courses designed by legendary golf pros Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. And that’s just for starters. There’s plenty to do for non-golfers, as well. Practice your backhand on the tennis courts, shoot some hoops on the basketball court, perfect your spike at the volleyball net or pump some iron in the fitness center. After you’ve worked up a sweat, cool down with some leisurely laps in the spectacular heated resort pool, or relax in the hot tub.
All of the World Golf Village® amenities are also yours to enjoy. Restaurants, shopping, an IMAX® theater and the World Golf Hall of Fame® are just a short walk away. And be sure to try out the interactive putting greens at the Hall of Fame.

- Check-out: 10 a.m. ET
- Office hours: Effective Sunday, November 7th 2021 and moving forward, Grande Villas Resort will not have a Guest Services attendant between the hours of 11PM and 7AM, Sunday night through Wednesday night. In addition, The Clubhouse building will be locked overnight.

- Pet policy: No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine
Late check-in procedures: After hours check-ins: Security guard will have the keys to your unit.
After hours check-outs: Drop off key boxes are available at the Clubhouse entrance or the Security Guard House.
For other resort emergencies, our Security guard is on site overnight.
Note that if you check in after 11PM on those days, Wi-Fi will be unavailable until you are checked-in in our system after 7AM.
Office hours: Effective Sunday, November 7th 2021 and moving forward, Grande Villas Resort will not have a Guest Services attendant between the hours of 11PM and 7AM, Sunday night through Wednesday night. In addition, The Clubhouse building will be locked overnight.
- Smoking policy: No smoking indoors as well as in the pool and spa area, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine.
- Parking: Security entry gate. No charge for parking. One vehicle per unit. RV’s, trailers, and boats must fit into standard parking spaces. No oversize parking is available.
- Day use policy: Club owners not staying at the resort must call at least 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability for day use. First priority given to resort occupants.
