You Need to Know

• Noise from drilling and jack-hammering. Construction is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
• The fee is per day plus tax.
• Mandatory Daily usage fee is 30.00 U.S. dollars, . Cash or Credit is accepted.
• If you have accessibility needs, please contact the resort in advance for assistance. Please contact the resort 14 days prior to arrival to provide contact information. This will ensure you receive all pre-arrival information for check-in.
• Recreational Vehicles (RV) Policy: Carlsbad City and Coastal restrictions prohibit RV and oversize vehicle parking on-site, in adjacent Karl Strauss lot or on the street.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is if you can make any changes or cancel 91 days or more prior to your arrival and there will be a 25% cancellation fee, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or refunds allowed.

91 days plus from check in= 100% refund

90-61 days = 75% refund

60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellations
