What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation
46 days plus from check in = 75% refund
45 days or less from check in = NO cancellations
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.
The picnic area features charcoal grills and is a great place to cook up a meal and meet other owners and make new friends. Afterwards, you can challenge the kids (or your new friends) to a game of mini-golf or shuffleboard. Enjoy a refreshing dip in your choice of indoor or outdoor pools. Kids will love the kid’s pool and playground. And kids of all ages will enjoy a visit to Branson, the “Live Music Entertainment Capital of the World.” A range of shows, attractions and entertainment draw millions of visitors each year to enjoy top-notch performances by headliner talent, plus theme park fun, rides and more.
Please note that there are no elevators on site and most units require steps.

Day use policy: Club owners not staying at the resort must call prior to arrival to ensure availability for day use. First priority given to resort occupants.
Other notes: There are a limited number of rooms that are wheelchair accessible. In addition, most resort units will require a flight of stairs to access – no elevator on site.
The Outdoor Pool closes seasonally beginning the second week in October. The Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and other outdoor amenities remain open.
