Construction Updates

From Oct. 1 to Nov. 4, 2023, the Main Pool and the Lap Pool will be closed for renovation. During this time, the pool bar will remain open along with the Lizard Lagoon and the Relaxation Pool.

Beginning July 1, 2024, to Nov. 30, 2024, Marriott’s Canyon Villas will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted at our vacation rentals in Phoenix. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some holiday rentals in Phoenix Arizona , misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer: 

Our Phoenix condos rentals cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed.

46 days plus from check in = 100% refund. 

45 days or less to check in = NO Cancellation.

You may modify the name of your booking for a $35 fee but it cannot be cancelled.
