TROPICAL STORM WATCH

Before your departure, we wanted to make you aware of the possibility of inclement weather in Southern California during your upcoming vacation. Based on reports from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the resort is under a Tropical Storm Watch and may experience heavy rains and potential flooding from Hurricane Hilary. However, there is no change to the operating status of the resort at this time.
We encourage you to actively monitor the current weather situation before you depart and check your flight status through your airline carrier. Further updates on the resort operating status will be provided on this page should conditions warrant.
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:
MARRIOTT Resorts
Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 100% refund
45 days or less to check in = NO Cancellation
You may modify the name of your booking for a $35 fee but it cannot be cancelled

Cashless Resort
Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

All seven pools are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Access to the JW Marriott Hotel pool is typically available to Villas guests Monday through Thursday, subject to availability and blackout periods. There is no JW Marriott Hotel pool access to Villas guests on holidays.

The Spa at Desert Springs hours and availability are subject to change, please inquire with the Spa directly at the JW Marriott Hotel for the most current information.
