Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 100% refund.
45 days or less to check in = NO Cancellation.
You may modify the name of your booking for a $35 fee but it cannot be cancelled.
General Property UpdatesPackages for Grande Vista Owners are complimentary. Envelopes are free of charge. Service Animal PolicyService animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. Copa Loca Restaurant and Bar is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Grande Cove is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily (serving lunch and dinner). The Mist Bar is open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
The Tennis Courts are open. Equipment will be provided by the Recreation Team.
The Boat Rentals are open.
Fitness Classes are being held outdoors (weather permitting).
The Grill Restaurant is open for breakfast from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The Grill Restaurant is open daily. The Brewcoast Coffee Co. is open for breakfast.
