Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 100% refund.
45 days or less to check in = NO Cancellation.
You may modify the name of your booking for a $35 fee but it cannot be cancelled.
Please note that the Florida Falls Pool, Kiddie Pool, and Waterpark will be closed for refurbishment from Sep. 11, 2023, to Oct. 23, 2023. During this time, the Shipwreck Landing Pool and all other amenities are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.

Service Animal PolicyService animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. |
