The South Tahoe vacation rentals does not offer self-parking or parking of boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, or vehicles taller than 7 feet, 2 inches.

Construction Updates

Beginning Mar. 15 to Dec. 15, 2023, Marriott’s Timber Lodge will be undergoing renovation. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time.

Cashless Resort in South Lake Tahoe

Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations throughout our vacation rentals in South Lake Tahoe California.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort in South Lake Tahoe, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

What is the cancellation policy for Vacation Rentals in South Lake Tahoe?

Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort in South Lake Tahoe you book through us according to the name of the Developer: 

Our South Lake Tahoe holiday rentals cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there are no changes or cancellations allowed.

46 days plus from check in = 100% refund. 

45 days or less to check in = NO Cancellation.

You may modify the name of your booking for a $35 fee but it cannot be cancelled.
