Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 100% refund
45 days or less to check in = NO Cancellation
You may modify the name of your booking for a $35 fee, but it cannot be cancelled.

The adjacent resort, JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort, and Spa is undergoing renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during normal business hours through Aug. 30, 2023. Work occurs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa has undergone an extensive renovation project to its public spaces and restaurants and has been rebranded as the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. While staying at Marriott Vacation Club at Surfers Paradise, you will have access to all available amenities and services of this newly renovated property.
