What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 100% refund
45 days or less to check in = NO Cancellation
You may modify the name of your booking for a $35 fee but it cannot be cancelled

Marriott’s Commitment to Clean provides cleaner, safer spaces for our Owners, guests and associates. So you can vacation with confidence. And focus on what matters most: time together.
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. With increased frequency and enhanced cleaning tools, you’ll get a heightened level of clean and health safety throughout shared areas. You will find hand sanitizer stations at high-traffic public spaces like the lobby, front desk, elevator landings, food & beverage entrances and fitness center entrances.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
Electrostatic Spraying. We’re utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Please be reminded that beginning November 23, travelers arriving from certain countries outside of Spain may be required to present a negative PCR or TMA test certificate at the airport, undertaken within 72 hours of arrival. Social gatherings are limited to a maximum of 6 people. Face coverings are required at all times when outside your villa and in resort common and public areas. This includes when seated at a food establishment within the resort. The rules include certain exceptions to the requirement to wear a face covering such as, for individuals under the age of six years old, and persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a face covering and when consuming food or drink.
