Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $300 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
Construction Updates
Beginning Apr. through Oct. 2023, the property will be completing a façade renovation. The scope of work will include the removal and replacement of window and door frame sealants, painting, and waterproofing buildings. Work will occur daily between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with contractors accessing balconies externally. Balconies areas may be restricted for owner and guest access.
