Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 100% refund.
45 days or less to check in = NO Cancellation.
You may modify the name of your booking for a $35 fee, but it cannot be cancelled.
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

Important Weather Update

Based on reports from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration http://www.noaa.gov, the resort is under a Hurricane Warning due to Hurricane Idalia. The management team is monitoring the approaching storm and preparing the resort. However, there is no change to the operating status of the resort at this time
Conditions can change at any time so, we encourage you to actively monitor the weather conditions in the local area prior to your check-in. To the extent any advisories are issued by state and/or local emergency service agencies that impact the operating status of the resort, updates will be provided on this page.
Due to the changing weather conditions, we also encourage you to contact your airline carrier to obtain updates on potential flight cancellations and delays.
Marriott’s Harbour Point and Sunset Pointe will be undergoing an enhancement project from Nov. 18, 2023, through March 22, 2024. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
There are no cash transactions available at this location. Room charges or credit cards are the only acceptable forms of payment.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
