Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 46 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 45 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 100% refund.
45 days or less to check in = NO Cancellation.
You may modify the name of your booking for a $35 fee, but it cannot be cancelled.
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

The management team is monitoring the approaching storm and preparing the resort. Construction UpdatesMarriott’s Harbour Point and Sunset Pointe will be undergoing an enhancement project from Nov. 18, 2023, through March 22, 2024. Service Animal PolicyService animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. |
