When we booked we specifically asked if our room had a balcony or patio. The reply we received was yes, all of the properties had that. When we arrived and didn't have one, and email all we received was a "oh, sorry" about that we will check into+ Moreit. When I emailed again I received no response. Having a deck or balcony was very important to us and that is why we paid the amount we did. We were not offered any alternative and I don't feel we should be charged the same amount when we were told we had a balcony and did not. The resort is lovely, however our stay was not what we thought it would be. I would really like to know why when we specifically asked the question about our booking we were not given the correct information.
