I normally don't comment on these and I should in the future. The stay eventually turned out nice. They asked me to send a copy of my ID which I did three times based on their instructions. They cancelled my reservation saying I never sent it the+ Moreday we were to arrive. I called in the morning and got an operator who was not able to look into this. VERY stressful. We eventually got a hold of someone and reestablished our booking.

Loud partying with foul language and drinking games all night long in next door unit. Called front desk and asked for help. I was told they’d send security. If they bothered to come, they were ineffective in dealing with the disturbance.

This was a really nice resort. It had way more amenities than I thought it would when I booked our stay. The room was small, but perfect for two people. It was spacious enough for a small kitchenette, a sofa, small table and a king size bed. It had+ Morea small patio overlooking the golf course. The fitness center had enough cardio machines for everyone to work out. The weight room also had a wide range of weight machines and dumbbells. The golf course was convenient to play, and everyone that worked there was pleasant. I only have a few criticisms, and not all under the resort's control. The restaurant at the golf course wasn't open, the only way to get anything was through the beverage cart and you have to hope she finds you on the court. The bed was a little too firm, and there was no hair dryer in the room. The lounge pool was lovely, except for some bad behavior by the guests. This might have been solved if there were workers keeping an eye on the pool area, but there was just one person at the gate of the pool, not in the pool area. We had one guy throwing sandals into the pool and then trying to get into a fight when confronted about it by another guest. We had children splashing and jumping into the lounge pool, they should have been doing this in the children's pool. Unfortunately, you get this kind of behavior in the summer, some people are just out there to party all day long and don't really care about the other guests. Other than that, I enjoyed the resort and will probably book here again.

The resort itself was great and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. However, the listing we booked gave false information regarding what to expect at the resort and that was disappointing. The photos provided show colorful+ Moreactivity rooms for the children which no longer exist. The description also said there was an onsite movie theater and popcorn but that too no longer exists. We booked this resort over others because of those things, so to show up and find out those are all gone it was disappointing.

I refuse to explain what happened for a 5th time, but long story short, we did not end up staying in my room. We checked out at 10:00pm due to flying cockroaches in the room. I spent a total of 30 mins in a room that I paid $137 for. The most+ Moreupsetting part of it was, the Customer Service at the Marriott and Simplified Vacations. Awful customer service. I never was refunded my $137 after MANY attempts. Also, frustrating thay I had to explain the situation several times to Simplified Vacations Reps. They should all be on the same page and take notes. I was given a $200 Dining Guru rewards card, which I will never use! On top of being taken for the $137, I had to pay an additional $15.90 to activate a card that I will never use. Little did I know before I activated it, that it really is not a credit for food, it is a ridiculous savings card that really does not save you anything.I should have been refunded my money for the inconvenience of the inconvenience of the room.Awful.
