Cashless Resort
Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
Emotional support animals and comfort animals are not recognized as assistance or service animals under the law. Fraudulently representing a dog as a guide, signal or service dog is a crime under California Penal Code 365.7(a).
Please Note: Certain communicable illnesses, such as the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), are highly contagious. We encourage you to take steps to mitigate your risk of contracting communicable illnesses, such as COVID-19, including following recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.
General Property Updates
Marriott’s Shadow Ridge endeavors to support our community through a unique and thoughtful donation campaign, called “Donating Socks Rocks.” Our goal is to partner with Owners, guests, and associates to gather 10,000 pair of new socks throughout the year to donate to various local shelters, community centers, and the like. Please assist us in donating any new or packaged socks by dropping your donations off at the Front Desk during your stay. Both Marriott’s Shadow Ridge and the community thank you!

Resort Shuttle will have limited service.
Oversized vehicles, RVs, and Trailers are not allowed on the resort grounds.
The fireplaces in the Villages complex have been turned off due to safety precautions. Our fire pits on site continue to remain operational.

• Last tee time of the day is at 1 p.m.
• Bunker hours of operation are from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily, with the beverage cart running from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily (based on demand).
The Marriott Golf Academy is currently closed.
You must have a tee time in order to use the driving range.

Tennis courts are open by reservation only, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Court times can be reserved up to 48 hours in advance, for 1 hour per villa. To secure a reservation or for any additional information please dial ext. 2663.
Open play is available daily from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (first come, first served).
Tennis equipment is available for complimentary rental at the Mirage Activity Center.
