Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.
61 days plus from check in = 100% refund – $50 cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellation + $50 cancellation fee

Your renewing retreat at Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas at Mountain Vista is a stylish two-bedroom villa that comfortably accommodates as many as eight adults in 1,400 square feet. Pamper yourself with tranquil moments on private balconies or patios with gas grills, cozy up before warm gas fireplaces in both the living area and master bedroom, and luxuriate in a two-person whirlpool tub. Convenient features such as a fully equipped kitchen, separate den with workstation, HDTVs, DVD players, a Bose® sound system and a washer and dryer also complement your mountain stay, bundling a truly rejuvenating time for you, your family and your guests. The villas do not have air conditioning, since it is not needed for the relatively short, mild summers in Avon.

The pools at Avon Recreation Center include a five-lane, 25-yard lap pool, lazy river, 140-foot water slide, aquaclimb climbing wall, and diving well. For kids, there’s a zero-depth entry pool featuring fun animal character sprayers, bubblers, fountains and age-appropriate slides.
A broad range of group fitness classes are offered six days a week in the spacious aerobics studio of the Avon Recreation Center. Featuring a cushioned hardwood floor and professional sound system, you can choose from a variety of high or low impact, high or low intensity, core strength, balance, flexibility, senior activities and yoga. You may also enjoy cycling classes in the spin studio and water fitness in the pool.
Soothe those tired muscles with a few rejuvenating minutes in the steam room, dry sauna, or 16-person Jacuzzi at the Avon Recreation Center—a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Avon Recreation Center offers TechnoGym treadmills and elliptical trainers, Precor AMT, Precor upright and recumbent bikes, Stair Master Step Mill, Jacobs Ladder and Free Motion Incline Trainers. All feature a personal viewing station, which includes a flat screen monitor with cable TV.
The weight and strength area is equipped with state-of-the-art Paramount strength equipment and a full line of Iron Grip urethane dumbbells.
