Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.
61 days plus from check in = 100% refund – $50 cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellation + $50 cancellation fee

The fun doesn’t stop there. If you want to have a comfortable round of mini golf, be sure to try Pajama Putt Putt. Come to Animal Trax Mini Golf in your PJs and enjoy a fun spin on this great family-friendly course.
Poolside Fun
Held at the Super Pool, the Gatorland Show is fun-filled and educational entertainment featuring live animals. After the show, stick around the pool and cool off with Sno Cones.
Comedy Magic Show
Don’t miss out on the unique entertainment of our Comedy Magic Show. This fun-for-all-ages variety-style show — complete with a full dinner — is held several nights a week, and combines amazing magic tricks, hilarious comedy and improv, and tons of audience participation. Appropriate for all audiences, it’s a complete theatrical production with costumes, props and curtains, staged with music, sound and lights.
The atmosphere of Sheraton Vistana Resort wouldn’t be the same without Live Music. Stop and listen to your favorite covers. Be swept away by the melody of traditional Caribbean steel drums. Or enjoy the poolside sounds of DJ Frankie as he plays your favorite tunes. As the sun goes down, enjoy our Poolside Movie Night, then end the day with family time around the campfire, where you can make delicious s’mores and unforgettable memories.
Relax in Your Villa
A day at the parks can wear out even the most avid adventurer. You may enjoy a change of pace with dinner and a movie in your villa. Cook or carry out, while taking advantage of our DVD rentals. There’s a great selection featuring your favorite classic movies or the hottest new releases.
Trying to fit all the fun of Orlando into one vacation can be hard work. Take the time to treat yourself to a few moments of pure relaxation and tranquility with a professional poolside Cabana Massage. Licensed therapists specializing in techniques to relieve stress throughout the entire body will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for anything. If you’d prefer your massage in a more traditional setting, simply request a professional massage in one of the relaxing private massage rooms.
Think you have a kid that can swim like a fish? Let them come to the Mermaids & Dolphins experience and see if they have what it takes to swim like a mermaid or dolphin. They will be fitted with a provided Mono fin and costume tail (up to size 8 shoe). Keep in mind that in-water parental supervision is required for kids that are not strong swimmers. If you want to treasure this special experience, good news! The price includes a digital underwater photo.
With separate sessions for kids ages 5-7 and 8 and up, our Scuba Academy is a safe way for beginners of all ages to learn the basics and give Scuba diving a try. Each class is 45 minutes and conveniently held in one of the swimming pools.
Work up a sweat perfecting your serve on one of 12 lighted tennis courts. If you need to sharpen your skills, sign up for a Tennis Clinic. Kids and adults can get their swing on, while learning tennis basics from a professional. Adjacent to the clay courts are our two pickleball courts. Open daily, pickleball is a fun paddle sport for all ages, blending elements of badminton, ping pong, and tennis. If you’re a sports fan, the fun has just begun. Come by the Activities Desk and check out your favorite sports equipment. Shuffleboard, basketballs and volleyballs (sand and water) are available.
When you’re ready to cool down, the pool area is a place to relax and catch some rays, but it’s also home to an array of family-friendly poolside activities. Check with the Main Activities Center daily or follow your weekly schedule to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the fun. With a variety of options sprinkled throughout the day, there’s sure to be an adventure ready when you are.
In addition to state-of-the-art equipment, a variety of wellness and fitness classes designed to rejuvenate and recharge are available for you to try. Discover inner peace and serenity while toning your body during Wellness 101 Yoga. Sign up for a total body workout; Fit and Tone incorporates aerobics with a variety of toning exercises. Find your rhythm at Wellness 101 ZUMBA, a high-calorie-burning exercise set to upbeat music. Or jump in the pool for Wellness101 Aqua ZUMBA, a low impact, Latin-inspired water workout.
Located at the Spa Recreation Center, Zimmie’s is newly renovated and serves a delicious breakfast buffet as well as and lunch and dinner favorites. You can also try delicious new items, including fish-your-way and specialty flatbreads. Plus, cheer on your favorite sports teams while enjoying a juicy burger, fresh salad or creative sandwich.
