What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:

Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.
61 days plus from check in = 100% refund – $50 cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellation + $50 cancellation fee
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.
Guests should be aware of the following:
Baja California Sur state – Exercise Increased Caution
Exercise increased caution due to crime.
Criminal activity and violence may occur throughout the state.
There are no restrictions on travel for U.S. government employees in Baja California Sur, which includes tourist areas in: Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, and La Paz.
Construction will occur from Aug. 14, 2023, through Nov. 16, 2023. The Tennis Court area will be closed during this time. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.
As of January 15, 2023, by government decree, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, the beach area, and transit areas in common with other guests. Exclusive areas for smoking will be identified in the hotel’s map if located within the property.
The Mexican state of Baja California Sur assesses a hospitality tax that is due upon check-out. The tax — charged in Mexican pesos — is subject to currency conversion with your banking institution and subject to change without prior notice.
Effective February 28, 2023, all hotels in Los Cabos municipality collect the Derecho de Saneamiento Ambiental at the moment of check-in or upon check-out. It is up to 145.20 pesos per room per night. Certain Bonvoy benefits do not apply at this resort.
