What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:
Our cancellation policy is if you can make any changes or cancel 46 days or more prior to your arrival there will be a 25% cancellation fee no matter when you cancel and once you are within 45 days there is No changes or refunds allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 75% refund
45 days of less to check in = NO Cancellation
Name change anytime $100.
Resort alert
- The resort will be conducting the annual inspection of the fire alarm system May 8–12, 2023. During the inspection, the testing of the fire alarm system will result in sounding off of both the horns and strobe lights in the common areas and all suites. This should last for no more than 30 minutes. The specific time of the testing will be shared a week prior to the date via text message.
- Starting Sep. 8, 2023, the resort will undergo an extensive deck project on all balconies. During this time, you may encounter noise, dust, odors, and work crews. Inventory will be limited and may impact some common spaces including the pool. This project is expected to end by Oct. 6, 2023. Dates are subject to change.

Two Bedroom Condo
This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 907 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, one queen bed or two twin beds in the second bedroom and one queen Murphy bed in the living area. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer and a fireplace. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.
