Our cancellation policy is if you can make any changes or cancel 46 days or more prior to your arrival there will be a 25% cancellation fee no matter when you cancel and once you are within 45 days there is No changes or refunds allowed.
46 days plus from check in = 75% refund
45 days of less to check in = NO Cancellation
Name change anytime $100.
Club Wyndham Santa Barbara offers spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom resort suites that comfortably sleep four to six guests and range from 500 to 1,200 square feet. Suites feature one queen bed with a queen sleeper sofa in the studio suite, while the one bedroom has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You will appreciate the economy of a fully equipped kitchen, whirlpool tub, dining area, TVs throughout, private balcony and laundry facilities – all extras that quickly turn an unforgettable vacation into a favorite family tradition!

One Bedroom Suite
This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 1,200 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the private bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, whirlpool tub and two balconies. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.

- Many Florida highways require tolls.
- At least one guest must be 21 years of age or older at check-in.
- Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
- Pool hours are from dawn until dusk and vary based on the time of year. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.

The resort is unable to accommodate RV and Boat Trailer parking.
