RESORT ALERTS
• Construction will begin later this year on a new baseball stadium, parking garage, casino, and other attractions near your resort and is expected to last until early 2028. Please pardon the dust, potential noise, or road closures that may impact your stay.
• Desert Rose's neighboring property, Tropicana Casino is now closed and has begun liquidation and construction. Since these locations share a property line the surrounding buildings, parking lots, and landscaping will be experiencing disturbances during the demolition and construction. Tropicana Casino towers is scheduled for demolition in the 4th Quarter of 2024. After the demolition, construction will start on a new baseball stadium set to be completed in January 2028. Travelers visiting Desert Rose may encounter noise, dust, odor, work crews on-site, traffic detours and more. Please contact the resort for additional details.
• The resort's only pool and spa will be re-plastered beginning Jan. 5, 2025 through Feb. 9, 2025. The pool and spa is located in the center of the resort so there will be times when debris may be visible. Additionally, you may encounter noise, dust, odor, and work crews on-site during these times. Dates are subject to change.
