Important Weather Update
Before your departure, we want to make you aware of possible inclement weather during your upcoming vacation. The resort’s management team is monitoring the weather and preparing as needed. However, there is no change to the operating status of the resort at this time. We encourage you to actively monitor the weather situation before you depart and check your flight status through your airline carrier. Construction Updates
Resort elevators modernization will occur March 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Please be aware that the building elevator will be out of order during this time (most buildings only have one elevator). Please anticipate construction noise during business hours. Members of our resort team will be available to assist with luggage and golf cart pick-ups.
Please note that the Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove Pool will be closed for refurbishment from June 18th, 2026, to June 24th, 2026. During this time, all other resort amenities are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
General Property Updates
Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S Virgin Island’s “Environmental/ Infrastructure Impact Fee” on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee of $25 for each timeshare villa occupied by an Owner or an exchange guest.
There is a package handling fee of $5 per package per day.
On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.
Durable Medical Equipment
If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

Shuttle Service to Buoy Haus & Frenchman’s Reef
For your convenience, there is a complimentary shuttle that transports Frenchman’s Cove Owners and guests to Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort at Frenchman's Reef, Autograph Collection and The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef. The shuttle leaves directly from the Frenchman's Cove Main Lobby.
As you enjoy their restaurants and the public beach, please be advised that Frenchman’s Cove Owners & guests are not permitted to use the pools or other hotel amenities. It is best to plan your travel between the resorts accordingly as this complimentary service has a specific schedule and does not operate outside of the scheduled times. Please see the shuttle schedule below*.

We only stayed in Roberts Villa one night as we were traveling onto Virgin Gorda however we had a group of six people and Robert was very detailed in our check-in process and beyond helpful with any questions I had Our party of 9 was very comfortable in the apartment. The grounds of the resort are nice and we enjoyed the poolside restaurant. D

Very clean and upscale resort. Child friendly with pool, beach access and store on property.The restaurant on property was ok for breakfast and lunch. I would highly recommend taking the shuttle they offer to the Westin for dinner. Check in process was simple and the staff was above average. Alison Conyngham
