Glad I stayed at this property cz it was such a good deal! The property itself is like a 5 star mini apartment, squeaky clean, very comfy atmosphere, complete cooking utensils, comfy bed, has patio. However the check in instruction was kinda unclear. The check in desk is at “registration” which located on a different building than the property so I kinda went back and forth to search it. But overall good value of money, will be back for sure!

We didn’t get a Mountain View, but that was alright because the property was beautiful. The swimming pools were heating with a variety of hot tubs. It honestly was amazing! Our four year old son spent 4 hours in the heated pool. The staff is amazing and friendly, and everything was very clean.

We had a week of blessed quiet to recharge our batteries.  Stablewood Springs is perfect for that.
Positive: The property is tucked away atop a hill and private. The pool area has a great view.  The property and grounds are well kept.  The staff responds quickly to maintenance issues.  Many dining establishments and major grocery store are with 20 - 30 minutes away.   The staff is stellar—professional, efficient and very nice.
Negative: I don’t have a criticism about the property.

We were in Lake Tahoe for a wedding. The space was perfect for my husband and I for our stay. Very clean and had nice showering gel/shampoo. We did not use the small kitchenette but noted it was stocked with dish towels only. We walked to the restaurants and shops , and also very close to Harrahs and Caesar on the Main Street. Our room was very quiet and overlooked the pool. Good value for the stay and we would come back again for the basic lodging it provided.

If you’re looking for a nice, clean and affordable place to stay in Breckenridge, this is it! Check in was easy! They provided us with clear instructions and gave us a map of the area upon check in. It’s also just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants! I highly recommend this place.

The location couldn’t have been better — just a quick walk into downtown Breckenridge and close to several beautiful hiking trails. The room itself was perfect, with a stunning view and a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed, from cooking tools to pots and pans. The pool was wonderfully warm (like a bathtub!) and there were four different whirlpools to choose from, which was such a treat after a day of exploring.<br/>On our first night, the property hosted a wine and cheese reception, and it seemed like they offered something special like that every evening — such a nice touch! Truly a perfect place to stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely come back!

The studio was very clean and comfy. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and had a great setting. The whole area of all of the buildings had shops, restaurants and more. It felt like a little village and we loved it.

Great place for the off-season! Such beautiful surroundings, helpful and knowledgeable onsite staff. Fabulous amenities. We are VERY pleased with our stay. However, the 3rd party company that connected Airbnb to the Marriott Lodge sent countless messages prior to our stay for “smooth check-in” which made the entire thing feel super sketchy and was unnecessary.  When it came down to simple questions closer to ur stay they were unhelpful had no idea! We had to do our own research plus ask the questions to the Marriott staff directly once we were actually there. That’s hard for people that like to be prepared beforehand.

So clean and beautiful. We had a convention at main Marriott and it was like a 7 minute walk over. You can enjoy all the amenities at the main hotel. Although Sabal was a lot more quiet and peaceful. Price is great compared to booking directly through Sabal. The space is bigger than pictures show and the main shower was amazing.

Robert was very clear in the instructions and glad he repeated it as the reservation got nearer. He gave detailed information on all areas which was so helpful. Location and the value was outstanding we had a great time at Robert's condo we certainly do it again.

We would stay here again based on the affordability, location, large space, kitchen area, clubhouse activities, and overall 'bang for our buck.' Vail is a great place, but often it's so expensive we can't afford to visit. With two kids, this place was perfect. We loved the activities offered (including the pool and hot tub) and appreciated the kitchen to cook in. It was well-stocked, but doesn't have any cooking items like olive oil or spices. There's two grocery stores right across the interstate, so that's not a big deal. Great stay overall.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is very accessible to everything in downtown Park City, and even if you want to go somewhere slightly further away it’s all still very walkable. Overall great experience with no complaints.

Excellent property, even nicer than expected. The Marriott had a bunch of activities all day for kids, and the walk ability from this property was great. Communication was great with the host and I had no problems checking in. The Marriott even let us check in a few hours early. The parking was a covered garage (free)which  also was appreciated. Will book again!
